Wonderful Experience!. I have worked with the Bridal Gallery on multiple occasions, and have had nothing but excellent service every time. I first became aquainted with the shop when I was a bridesmaid in a friend's wedding and she used Ann to purchase our dresses. I was immensly impressed with the quality of service that I recieved. I was so pleased with my experience, that for the next couple of years I continued to use the Bridal Gallery to make alterations to bridesmaid dresses for many other weddings that I was asked to be in. I had one bridesmaid dress that needed to have last minute alterations done (less than 2 weeks to the wedding date) and Ann had my dress perfectly altered and back to me in time for the wedding. Because of my wonderful prior experiences, I knew exactly who I trusted to help me find my wedding gown when I got engaged. I went to Ann and described the color and style that I wanted, and she picked out a dress the was perfect for me. She listened to what I wanted, and produced a gown that was more than I could have ever hoped for. It was also well under my amount that I had budgeted for my gown. I also purchased my 5 bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dress, and mother of the bride dress from the Bridal Gallery. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who wants a personal experience with friendly and professional staff to use the Bridal Gallery in Scotland

Horrible Experience. Worst bridal shop experience ever! Gowns took 9 months to come in when we were promised 4 to 6. Wrong sizes ordered, wrong veil ordered, one gown damaged, but nothing done by owner to compensate for any of the problems. Very disrespectful to me as a bride, my family and my bridesmaids. Would not recommend to anyone unless you are looking for problems.
