If you're looking for a real review of Welcome Home Property Management, you've come to the wrong place. The majority of these reviews are fake. Just click on some of the reviewer profiles and look at their other reviews. Take Claribel Swedeen for example. She claims to have lived in Moscow for three years, but she has also given reviews for other rental and real estate companies in Ilinois. She gets her BMW serviced at Elmhurst BMW and her Lexus repaired at McGrath Lexus, both in Illinois. She gets her pet care taken care of in Hawaii and Georgia. I could go on and on and point out many other inconsistencies in Clarabel's reviews but I think you get my point. These reviews are fake! They say a lot about Welcome Home Property Management. Their service is apparently so bad, they need to pay people to write fake reviews. I would NEVER rent from them!

I read these other negative reviews and find them laughable. I have lived in Moscow for over 6 years and I have rented from multiple Property management companies in the Moscow area. I can tell you these people writing negative things must be the people who do not follow the terms of the lease and who probably are disgruntled because they left their place trashed when they moved out. I am moving out of Moscow, but I can tell you my stay here has been nothing but pleasant. I never had any issues with maintenance requests, as I scheduled access during business hours not at night or on weekends. Do not let the negative comments fool you. I am happy that I had a nice experience.

Saved money. Very helpfull staff! Due to a job in a different area, my family and I had to get out of our lease. Linda, and the crew found a person to take over our lease, and was very helpful. Thanks to WHPM we were able to save alot of money, and get our deposit back. I would rent from them again without question!
