I would say do not go here if you don't want to be aggravated by the lousy service they provide. From the very beginning they slander their past customers who complained about them saying they were the victims in those situations, it isn't until later that you realize how lousy they truly are. They have poor communication, they charged me $90 dollars that wasn't on the tab when I went to get extra material for the bridesmaid dress I got. Then I called in promptly to get my dress altered due to the fact that I am pregnant they told me when to call in, then they said they absolutely wouldn't do the alterations. just awful really, they pull you in with supposedly "good prices" but they have a lot of hidden fees. they also don't follow through with what they advertise and agree on. And at the end of the day they blame the customer
I, too, had a HORRIFIC experience with this place. I would never recommend them to anyone. When we first went in to get measured they ignored us for about 15 minutes. Then they finally measured us and I was told that I would have to pay $40 extra for a bigger sized dress. The lady asked me if I wanted to go up a size because I was right on the line for one of my measurements. I told her 'no' because I had experience with bridesmaid gowns in the past and I was losing weight so did not want to go up yet another size. A few months later I go to get my dress and try it on - it is HUGE. I ask to see the record of what was ordered. My original receipt is pulled out and the size is scratched out. First she asks if I called back to change the size and I said, "No way". Then another lady walks up and says, "Oh, yeah, these were the ones that were sized on the wrong chart so the factory upped all of the sizes by a size". No one EVER called us to ask what we wanted to do and now I have a super huge dress that I have to get altered after spending nearly $200 on the dress. All they told me was that there was nothing they could do. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
DON'T GO HERE!. DON'T GO HERE! It was a horrible experience from the start. My sister found a beautiful dress and was so excited. So she of course went with them for all her bridal needs. She was told that we needed to order our bridesmaid dresses at the beginning of January so that they would be in with plenty of time before her wedding in May. Then when we went to order they then told us that they would have to rush deliver them which was $40 extra. Well the horror didn't end there. The owner of the store (Debra) was the one who measured me for my dress and when I tried that dress on it was way too big. And on top of that I had to pay $20 more for that plus sized dress I didn't need. But no refund could be given. Then another one of the bridesmaid had to order extra material for her dress and spend $100 then when she tried her dress on it fit perfect without the extra material she " needed". Again they stated that they could not offer a refund for the fabric because they would be losing money on it. When we began to complain the manager Lisa kept stating that they couldn't do anything and she would not give us refunds on the mistakes they made. When I stated that the owner was the one making the mistake Lisa stated that she would talk to the owners husband regarding this situation. This so called small mom and pop shop doesn't care about anything but your money and as soon as they get it they will not do anything to make their mistakes right. GO ELSE WHERE for all your bridal needs don't get roped into a horrible mess like us.
EXPENSIVE product, CHEAP attitude.
I bought a very expensive dress from them after they refused to show how it will look in the white color. After that, knowing that you CANNOT return anything you buy from them they made my life miserable.
the dress was 3 weeks late, they gave to me only two days before the wedding date and it was a little bit tight.
they charge crazy each time you go. and unlike all decent gowns' places they would NOT give me a zipper bag for the dress unless I BUY IT !!! i paid more than $1,500 for the dress and still they want to sell me the bag for $25. I expected the service provided to at least be compatible with the amount of money they are charging. What is even worse is the manager had such an ATTITUDE and turned her back on me while i was talking. i guess, they do not care about customer satisfaction once you put in your money.
I wish I could go back in time and not deal with their materialistic manager.
Terrible! Do not care about their customers!. Horrible experience! the girls that help you are nice, but once you sign that check, forget about customer service. I spent a pretty penny on my dress and we ordered all our tuxes from them. When i ordered my dress, the measured me and told me what size to order, and said it would be too big in the bust but that it was "NO PROBLEM, super easy fix, cheap and quick" when the dress came in and i met with their seamstress she said "Oh, this dress...." and continued to tell me there was almost nothing she could do to take it in for me, so she did the only thing she could which was cut into it, make 2 new seams on the sides, and charge me $90 to pretty much ruin the beautiful top of my dress. We called to try to talk to the manager 10 times over the span of a month and they were never 'available' so we left our name and number and they NEVER got back to us. I was so disappointed! They do not care about their customers at all! once they have their money they are done with you!
Go somewhere else!!!. If you are in the market for a wedding and or brides maids dress or a tux please do yourself a favor and go someplace else. Yes I know this place has good reviews for the most part, but I must say their ways of doing business is quite antiquated. For example I payed for my tux in full the day I went to get fitted, but the day I came in to pick it up they said that I had only paid for $25 of it. Now I must admit I payed in cash which was stupid and that's my mistake, but there only means of keeping track was the person behind the counter writing it down after the fact. I mentioned after paying for my tux the first time to make sure they had me down for paid in full and they said they did. I mentioned this to the manager that by no means was a fool proof system and that sometimes people make mistakes. She then assured me that their staff was incapable of making mistakes and that in know way were they willing to work this thing out. If it wasn't for my friends wedding on the line I wouldn't have payed for the tux twice and would have went somewhere else and I recommend you do the same.

Good selection and if you decide to go through them for the tux's, shoe's, tiara, etc then you get 50% off your dress plus 30% off the additional items you buy through them. So they will certainly work with you. I called them 2weeks before my wedding and wanted to order my bridesmaids shoes. They were here 2 days before the wedding. It was great!
Overall a great experience.. I loved my dress and always had a very possitive experience with the staff (especially the manager). However I always went during slower times (not Staurday afternoons) when possible to avoid the crowd. Very friendly staff and the over estimated how long the dresses would come so they were in early as well as my shoes. I loved that they errored on the side of caution. Prices were extremely reasonable. Overall a great experience.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. I selected my bridal grown online, but went in to purchase it from this store. The girl was very helpful and knowledgeable. I also ended up saving money because I paid in full, so that was a plus!!

I was disappointed that it took a lot longer than I was told for my dress to come in, but atleast I still had time for alterations. After my dress came in I made an appointment in North Liberty to try on my dress and find accessories (veil, shoes) but no one helped me at all. Good thing I had my mom there to help me.
