Snootie Rudeyyyy. Store owners and workers are extremely rude. I bought a prom dress for my daughter at this store last year and was treated so badly that I said I'd never shop there again. Well, against my better judgment I went back this year, again shopping for prom. This year was worse than last. The women are snootie, the dresses are over-priced and the atmosphere stinks. And, heaven forbid that you are plus-sized. You will be told how special plus sized dresses are and how fortunate that you are that they sell them. But, despite the fact that your money is as good as someone elses, you will NOT have a positive shopping experience. The owners are very discriminating when dealing with bigger girls, so unless you are tough skinned, steer clear of this establishment.…

I went into Satin 'N Lace to look for a prom dress. The women who work in there look down on you if you do not appear to have a lot of money. Also, they assume that if you look like an average Joe
then you will not be purchasing anything so you are not worth their time.
