Great Dealership Alternative. I have had several issues with my 2004 Ford diesel. I had it at the dealer several times for the same issues. I found fleet service northwest on a google search. they have lots of technical information about ford diesels on their site. I called and made an appointment to come talk to them about my problems. Rob Sr. talked to me for almost two hours. he gave me options that I didn't know were available. I have now been able to use my truck with much more confidence that it will get me there and back without ruining my trip. I would recommend fleet service northwest to anyone who owns a Ford Super Duty Truck. I plan to purchase a new super duty this year, I will have them perform all the maintainence. Bob G
