Great Food, Wonderful Service. I've been eating at this restuarant at least once a week over the past year and I have yet to have a bad experience. The staff is friendly and helpful and while the food does take a little while to arrive to you, I have never waited longer than 10 minutes. The food is fresh and cooked to order and the kitchen is more than willing to make any changes to your food, if you ask. There is a vast menu, so be prepared to go back and forth over what you will order for a while (I can never decide!).

Awesome Food, Horrible Hours. Great food at this restuarant including authentic Chicago style Italian Beef, however the hours absolutely suck... Closed for dinner hour, closed on Memorial Day, closed on weekends even I think. Tied to take my daughters for a Vienna Beef three times over weekend.

User review by dianejj. Overall quality is poor. Questionable things found in food too often, Orders incorrect too often, food stale at times. Slow service - joking around while customers stand in line waiting takes priority. Complaints against other customers to other customers.
