Second chances

I have had mixed luck so far with Executive car wash. We had taken my husband truck in previously and had it detailed and the job was fantastic. We have had his trucks detailed twice and things have been well.
I took my car in to have it detailed having been so impressed with my husbands truck and I did not get the same results. Though my car did look very nice there was a white residue that appeared all over the hard surfaces later that day. They did offer to take care of it and I took it back and they did so. It looked fine when I left, only to return again and I took it back again. Once again it look better but there still was some of this residue. After many months I am taking the car back for another detail to day. Hopefully we will have a better outcome this time. I know they had a new detailer the time before.
As for them being thieves like I saw in another post..I had no issue such as that. You should remove all of your belongings from the vehicle for a detail anyway or it makes it sort of difficult for them to do their job. However, I didn't remove everything my first time and they very politely placed everything in a bag for me.

Had my SUV detailed and was minus my Escort 8500 radar detector at the end of the detail. Spoke to Kris Shaffer(Manager) who only stated my boys don't steal and offered no compensation. Very unprofessional. Definitely would not recommend. If you do have your car detailed make sure you do not leave any valuables in your vehicle. Bunch of thieves and poor management.
