800 number reps have burn out. I have never been to the Lakeland, FL facility. However I did need to call the 800 number and got a rep that was so rude that had they been taping her call, they would have at least given her a write up.

First time visitor. I visited this office for the first time today to get some advice on how to handle a specific renewal application.

The young lady I spoke with was charming, courteous, helpful and thorough - I could not have asked for or expected better.

The building was clean and tidy and the wait that I had before seeing an advisor was minimal.

You should remember that these advisors have to deal with all sorts of stupid questions nearly all day long and this must be enough to try the patient of a saint.

All in all, I was most impressed.

needs hours of operation. people need to know what your hours of operation are. for exaple i went to your website and need to know what time you open but there is no hours of operation. now i will come and stand outside in the cold to be there first in line. i will be prepared will you?hours of operation are very important for the elderly and mothers with children. do you want them in the cold or heat to long. the point here is consideration. you want it but you got to give it. ask and you shall receive. be willing to give what you ask for thank you very much for your time and have a beautiful day.
