We went to JB Jewelers and were skeptical after reading one of the reviews, but they had been highly recommended by a couple of friends, so we decided to check them out. Our first question was to ask about this negative review. The situation was satisfactory explained and we believed this incident was a misunderstanding and one which JB treated the customer with respect and decency.

We found JB to provide excellent advice, wide selection, great options and a deal better than we had expected. We highly recommend JB and we’re pleased we decided to take our friends advice and ignore the negative review. We are extremely satisfied and the added craftsmanship made us a repeat customer.

Best jewelery store in the area!!!!. I would have to say since the move to the new location in Withrop plaza and change in ownership that this store amazes me more and more each time I visit. I have been referring all of my friends and family to see Jim and Dan. They are not the run of the mill mall jewelery store types, they're amazing. I constantly get compliments on all of my purchases. Definitely check them out!

pawnshop store. I took a ring there for a trade in to something smaller. I was taken advantage of due to my lack of experience in the jewelry trade. Let's don't forget the double talk. Well he wound up with a steal on my part for not recognizing it. He traded me a ring the was worth less then 1100.00 for my 6000.00 dollar 23gram ring and then wanted to charge me 100.00 to size it. I put off this review for so long but everytime I drive bye it opens the wound. I could have done better at a pawnshop. I'm sure when I left he did some high fives to his employees. Those that saw both rings agreed you got taken big time. So there it is I got this off my chest! BUYER or SELLER BEWARE..Bottom line is i'm tired of being taken advantage of bye scrupulous people. How do they sleep at night. Remember Karma it lives.
