The worse bank ever. I have several accounts in various large banks in the US. I am a professional with many experiences. Without the slightest hesitation Hills Bank is absolutely the worse bank I have ever in my life worked with. I was attempting to pay online once but their system was down (now its also down). I called the card number at back of my card to pay the bill. An apathetic rep said it is paid but it will take a few days to reflect on the system bcs of a holiday. I called the second day and received the same answer, but assured me that it is ok. A few months later I found out the bill was not payed. I called the bank and spoke to someone and explained the situation who mentioned she will rectify that, only to find out later when I called a month later, that that person did not document anything and nothing will be rectified in terms of credit hx reporting. I was shocked. This bank is absolutely unreliable and have no means of documentation and you can absolutely expect anything from them.
