Best Mexican restaurnat in the area!

We go to this restaurant at least once a week!. It is so good and original we can't wait for the next visit. The chips and salsa are wonderful. Add a bit of the salsa picante (hot salsa) to it and you've got the best salsa around! All the employees know us now and remember our order. When we walk in the door we are happily greeted. "Fathom" doesn't know what he/she is talking about and obviously doesn't appreciate real Mexican food! The Steak a la Mexicana is big chunks of Delmonico Steak cooked to perfection with the right amount of spices, jalepenos, onions and tomatoes. To die for!!!!!! YUM!

This place is worthless

The previous reviews have to be either employees or people that just don't know any better. If your looking for good authentic Mexican food then keep driving. The salsa tasted store bought. Guacamole was bland. Encholadas were filled with excessive amounts of salt, tortas were filled with mayo but no steak, and tacos tasted like cheap meat. In no way was this place authentic. I should have kept driving.

Best Mexican Resaurant in Florida

I have been going to Me. Tequila's for over two years. Having live in San Diego for most of my life, I KNOW Mexican food! I especially like the Chili Relleno and the carnitas flautas and lunch pork grill, but the lunch pork grill is available at night too. Fajitas.......seafood are scrumptuous. I could go on, but I think you get the idea. The green salsa is great. The whole wait staff is wonderful, going out of their way to make me comfortable. And my food comes out very fast. They remember what I eat and drink too. The greet me when I come in just like a good friend, and since I'm new to the area and don't know many people, that is important. I have taken numerous people there and all of them have loved the food. The servers deserve good tips. It can be difficult to deal with the customers, other servers, managers and cooks, all together.

- Cons: Wish I could have some of their artwork on the walls.
