The customer service at this Kinkos is horrid! Every time I call, I get someone different who doesn't know anything. I have to re-explain everything. They messed up my order three times. They don't seem to care and every time I leave a message, the manager doesn't receive it. I would recommend going somewhere else, even another Kinkos. This one is horrid! They even got my name wrong on my order and couldn't find it in the computer, then over charged me!
