Hmmm Ok. Lark Tattoo is a really nice place. Loaded with some attitude, I went to another place on LI and I am satisfied with my work.

my first experience, was a great 1.. i was recommended by someone to check out this place. looked at their website etc. and decided to drive out there to give it a shot.

when i got there, i was greeted nicely, and looked around... very clean place and bright.

then i went to the front desk guy and asked some questions. within minutes he talked to the artist and recommended 1 to me. i then talked to the artis (brian) who asked me what i wanted and how etc. and booked my appointment. left my deposit and waited about 3 weeks.

3 weeks came, apparently they double booked my day b/c coincidentally there were 2 people of my name for the same day, but they went with me first anyways.

this being my first tattoo i was a bit scared, but all in all it was fine.

as 3 hrs go by... im finally done and im very satisfied.

all in all i'd go there again, but now im in the process of thinking of what to get next.

def recommend this place to everyone.

talent and service cant be beat!. First just a note:The front girl that the last revewer wrote about has been fired. These are the nicest people in the industry, this shop is filled with some of the best talent and most creative artist around. You must check it out!

Terrible Customer Service. I came to Lark Tattoo because I knew one of the guys there and he recommended me to check it out. I was excited because I wanted to get a tattoo for awhile. When I got inside, the lady at the counter didn't even greet me and just stared at her computer, eating her food. I thought ok I'll just look around, then I realized she wasn't even paying attention, so I went up to her and showed her a picture I was interested in getting a tattoo of. Her first statement, " What is that?!...and you want what kind of colors? ew." I was somewhat shocked since this is a place where it's dedicated to tattoos and I get that statement. I told her what it was and I wanted it smaller since the picture was huge, she said I don't think so, let me see. Shows it to a tattoo artists, thinking they were talking about my tattoo, SHE SAYS HI TO HIM, comes back and says sorry we can't make it smaller.

Just terrible customer service right there. I bet the tattoo artists must be good since it's pretty well known, but I hope that girl gets fired because she will not help making any business to them.
