Horrible place to buy or take anything precious!

I trusted them with a precious stone and setting that had been in my family for years and they completely botched up the ring and the stone and refused to fix their mistakes. The owner was rude and abrupt. I also had a brand new ring sized to fit my finger and it took 4 times back and forth just to get it so it would fit and it still has loose stone and the work is nothing you would see from a legitimate jewelry store. They are helpful when they take your money but that's about it! I though going to this family owned business would be better than a corporate jewelry store but apparently they do not hold themselves accountable for anything other than making you pay and not standing behind there product or services. Don't trust them with anything that that you hold near and dear to you heart.
- Pros: they shake your hand a ruin your jewlery!
- Cons: they dont stand by there procucts or service.
