Terrible post-purchase support, incomplete safety inspection..
I'd give them less if I could. The sale process was fine, but they overlooked an important item in the safety inspection.
They failed to inspect my van I purchased there properly, and I almost got into a major accident for it. They then refused to call me back to discuss the problem.

Unaccomodating. I initially called to schedule a service for my fifth wheel. I told them that I needed to drop off my RV and then pick it up two weeks later. The service person I talked to, said no problem. I then called back to schedule a definite date and the service person said, I have 72 hours to pick up the vehicle. I asked what my options were and he said there were none. Didn't offer a place I could store it or anything. It felt like he was just reciting rules with no flexibility. Not very helpful and obviously the only RV dealer in the area. Not forced to be accomodating.
