A festive atmosphere, potent margaritas and wallet-friendly prices lure crowds to this popular Mexican chain..
In Short
With friendly servers and goofy gimmicks, Chevys is a big draw for families and groups looking for a fun, affordable night out. A full bar and a dozen different margaritas attract a happy hour crowd, and a tortilla machine is often surrounded by children watching the dough-to-tortilla transformation. Fajitas, a house specialty, are available with nearly a dozen different fillings, from mesquite-grilled chicken to portobello mushrooms and asparagus. Desserts include flan and sopaipillas.

Fresh Mex!!.
In response to the previous review, I would first like to mention that I am quite offended by the comment about empty- headed hispanic teenagers. What relevance to your dining experience did the person being of hispanic decent have? That being said, I have actually been to that chevy's restaurant and would like to say that I have had the pleasure of excellent service each and every visit. Not to mention, the best fajitas this side of the border! Because of the popularity of that restaraunt I have no doubt that there was a short wait, but that is to be expected.

Thanks Chevy's, we had the best Asian cuisine in town because of you.
Due to my daughter's fund rasing for her school, we went to Chevy's the other night. The school said they get 15% of what we paid there. However, although it was Wednesday night and there were a lot of empty tables, 6 of us had to wait for totally ridiculous 30 minutes. During that time, families and couples kept coming in and were seated one after another. But receptionists never called us. My wife went to see one of the recepcionists, however, all she said was, "Another 10 minutes, huh." All those receptionists and waitpersons looked like inexperienced "I-don't-care-whatever-whoever" type of persons. Hey manager, what's wrong with your restaurant? We decided to leave there asap and went to Asian sea food buffet instead. Thanks Chevy's, we had the best Asian cuisine in town on that day. Never go back to such ridiculous restaurant which was administrated by inexperienced empty Hispanic teenagers.
