J for Rose Brut. Sparkling wine has never tasted better. You park the car and walk over a bridge to a gardened property w/ running creek. It was blooming when I went which makes everything 1000 times gorgeous! There is a tasting fee($18) but you try some of the better sparkling in the valley. Pierre(our guide through the wines)was knowledgeable about the process and we enjoyed his company while we tasted. One of the other host, Courtney was also helpful. We were doing the Wine Tour & did not have a complete list of all the wineries participating. While we were tasting(unbeknownst to me) she went into a back office and was kind enough to find & print a complete list. We thanked her kindly & really thought this was a great beginning to our day. You will walk out with J Brut Rose. It is perfectly balanced & not overly sweet. I will be returning to linger here again.
