Spend your money elsewhere!

I bought an annual membership for my children so now I am forced to go but it was by far, not the best decision on where to spend my hard earned money. Every time I go, there is something that is off, or broken, or not working, closed off, or ran out of batteries (the pianos never have batteries). After several phone calls and conversations with the employee and manager...nothing has changed. They smile and say thank you for your concern, make up their excuse and then two weeks later, I go back (because I paid for 2 full year memberships for my children and have not been able to get even part of my money back) and nothing has changed. I am very disappointed in the way this place is run and would never recommend it to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere – there are cleaner, prettier, and equally priced places in the area where you can take your children to play.
beware: the toys do not look like they are disinfected daily despite claims from management that they are - you can see the grime!
