A low-key, friendly environment attracts plenty of families to this reliable chain. Kids in the big booths--often clutching free balloons and crayons--usually outnumber adults sitting at the bar. The menu offers filling American fare with no surprises, from mozzarella sticks and nachos to rollups and burgers. Entrees include steaks, fajitas and main dish salads. The calorie-conscious can select from a list of Weight Watchers-inspired dishes like mesquite chicken salad and grilled tilapia with mango salsa.

Stick to Your Diet. This restaurant has become a favorite for older teens and young adults who are dating, so expect couples and small groups to appear after a movie date. The admosphere is great and very clean. Waitresses are very attentive and friendly. Part of the menu is Atkin/low carb based and easy to see. Your server will be glad to find out details from the chef.

However - if you have a sensitive stomach, don't stray from your usual rules. I let my son talk me into trying a burger specialty and a sampler of appetizers. Plenty of grease, oily cheese sauce followed by several Tums and lack of sleep. There were certainly plenty of other wiser choices on the menu. I would certainly eat there again - without taking my son's advice for an entree!
