Great Food / Great Prices!. We had such a good time at Tortuga's. Before dinner we enjoyed some margaritas at the bar. I noticed that another reviewer said that they didn't have a liquor license, but they do now and the margaritas are fabulous! The atmosphere leaves something to be desired, but it's clean and comfortable - a real, casual neighborhood place. The staff is warm and friendly and our server was able to make some great suggestions (the skirt steak and mole are to die for). This is a stellar find and the food is comparable to the restaurants I've been to in Mexico. If it's great, authentic mexican food you're after - this is your place. We will definitely be back - next time with a larger group!

Good Food, Bad Business. The Tortuga had excellent food, however they charged for everything extra. I asked for some hot sauce and my friend for some salsa, when the bill came they were $2.00 extra for each. They also charged for each refill of our soda's. The service was very good. They are currently without a liquor license. The ambiance was nice as well.
