One of the best steaks ever!.
I had the New York Strip center-cut, yesterday at the Red Lobster in Ames. Excellent cut of meat, cooked to medium perfectly, and served piping hot. Can't ask for more than that. When I told the
waitress that, she said the cook was a "grill master" and was about to go to a competition in Chicago. Made sense.
My lunch partner had the Maple Glazed salmon and Shrimp, she gave it a 5 also. A good flavor combination.…
