Awful, disrespectful, sketchy company. When it comes to CMA Realty, I say: STAY AWAY! Their staff is completely rude, treating you like you're an idiot at all times. I'm an extremely polite guy, so it was a bit of a shock. But I figured hey: I have a decent apartment, for cheap, so I can't really complain. Wrong.

My house was infested with mice/rats, and they took weeks to respond to my requests for pest control. Then I was charged for it, which I had reversed... because it's not my fault their shoddy apartments are infested.

All my little maintenance problems took forever to be addressed, and every time, I was billed for the repair.

They'll often come by your apartment, a week early, and ask for rent. They'll come by and just plan harass you for silly things, like the trash can being by the door, and not behind the building.

I was more than excited to move out. I cleaned the house to spotlessness, and moved to Flagstaff. A month later, I get a notice saying my entire $750 security deposit was used for 'repairs', and that I still owe them $90.00 for 4 days rent, when I didn't even live there.

I'm currently disputing this with the company. They're an awful, slimy, corrupt place to do business with. Please be wise, and learn from my mistake: Don't do business with CMA.…

If you're on the fence, go in & see them. You'll love them.. I posted this a couple other places, but after I started reading around, I wanted to make sure that it was read by people who might be put off by the bad stuff some people have said... First of all, I'm not positive what people are complaining about. Maybe they do not have much experience renting in the area, or renting at all, but I've rented several places from several companies and never had an issue with CMA at all. I've actually rented from this company twice. I moved away in between to go to school in Phoenix. When I moved back, I checked with some of the other companies around town, just driving around and looking at places, but I ended up going with CMA. They are friendlier than a lot of the other people I ran into, they had the time to talk to me (others I had to leave messages about properties and wait for them to get back to me) and they seem to have the most properties in PV. Plus the application and move-in costs were less than they would be anywhere else. Also, when I moved out the last time, the majority of my security deposit was refunded (basically all that was taken out was for carpet, a couple light bulbs, some touch-up paint from some nail holes in the wall and to clean under the fridge, which I hadn't thought to do but makes sense).

Overall a great company with great people - I almost looked forward to going in to pay my rent!…

Very Helpful. When I was trying to find a house in Arizona from all the way across the state it was scarry. but I found CMA on google and called them to see if they could help.Im telling you if it wasnt for them I would of lost my mind trying to do this move alone.

The staff was wonderful in every way,they helped me find just the right house.They made every step very easy for me,I love my house! Its just beautiful, very new and clean.I would tell all my friends and family to go to CMA for help if they need some thing.
