Best Italian In Arizona. Food is authentic Italian. Being born Italian and growing up in an Italian house I do know the differance. Food is abundent and delish. Be ready for a 2-go box. Service is excellent. Colleen (owner) MAMMA ROSA!! is a truly fun and relaxed person and makes you feel right at home. Good prices, bring your own wine. You must have a reservation or you don't get in!! Great way to go.

Little Villa In Italy. This restaurant has a very cozy, quaint, and homelike atmosphere. Visually stimulating, the decor has a very italian-mother-like feel to it. I loved it. Free salad, breadsticks, and pasta with every meal. A big plus! The portions are pretty big. You will need a to-go box! MUST HAVE RESERVATIONS! Or they will not even let you by. Service is excellent, priced well. My husband and I only paid 48.00 for it. I was too full for dessert. The only con I had was the teeny tiny bathroom. Otherwise, this restaurant is a must try!! I will be back!

HAIR IN MY DINNER SALAD!!!!!!. AFTER THINKING OF ROSA'S AS THE PLACE TO DINE (WHEN NOT DINING AT CAFE ROKA) I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND DUE TO A BLOND HAIR (MATCHING THE OWNER'S HAIR BY THE WAY) FOUND IN MY DINNER SALAD. I TOLD THE WAIT STAFF WHO I HEARD TELL THE OWNER AND SHE DID NOTHING. I MENTIONED THIS DISGUSTING FACT TO THE OWNER MYSELF AND AGAIN SHE DID NOTHING EXCEPT TO GIVE SOME LAME LIE SAYING SHE HAD NOT HEARD ABOUT IT. THE STUFFED BEEF ENTREE THEY HAD AS A SPECIAL THAT EVENING WAS AWFUL TOO - SUBPAR! TASTLESS!! SO, IT'S OFF TO CAFE ROKA - WHERE I DO NOT EXPECT TO FIND ANYONE'S HAIR IN MY MOUTH - GROSSED OUT IN ARIZONA!

Experience It to Judge It!!!!!!!. Said to be the best Italian in Southern AZ.

Maybe so but the periphrals need adjusting.

DO NOT SHOW UP W/OUT REZ'S or INCURR THE WRATH of Rosa!!! Sit in your car, mingle w/ people who don't have rez's, No quarter to early birds or no rez's......

Have Night Vison googles or see like a bat....the off site rooms are too dark.

Like commercially packaged bread sticks or saltines w/your appetizers; garlic salt/powder & a rosemary stick w/your plain olive oil? Not cool!

The entree's are very rich.very..very rich....and oily. A LOT of food, GOOD food, with Northern Italian influence.

Can't comment on desserts.

CAN comment on the fact that a party of 3 showed up @ 5 PM and was told was booked up until 8 PM and the off site room was 1/2 filled for an hour and 1/2!

Go there, experience it, and judge 4 UrSelf!

What an experience!!. Dining at "Rosa's" was an awsome experience. We had a wonderful experience. The mood, service and the authentic Italian food made from scratch was unbelievable. Well worth the drive to Bisbee for the great food.
