Tasty Mexican Food. Los Garcias is an intimate little setting right in the heart of Kailua. Their quesadillas, spanish rice, fresh guacamole, and fried ice cream are some of my favorites. While dining on delicious mexican food, enjoy being serenaded by mexican music.

Garcia's--not too bad!. I love how this place calls itself a chain because it has one restaurant in some city I?ve never heard of in Iowa and one restaurant here! I?d recommend visiting this place for pretty good Mexican food. Their Spanish rice was uniquely spiced and yummy, and the rest of the food isn?t bad either, as far as Mexican in Oahu goes. The chili pepper included on my friend?s plate was a nice touch?I stole it from him and enjoyed it on his behalf since he doesn?t care for spiciness. The service was good?we went during lunch time on a weekday, and it wasn?t really busy. Give it a try if you?re in the area!
