The will leave you alone at night!

I was picking up a friends auntie from the EzRide, Augusta Georgia location and she was left alone at night down a dark street in a parking lot! First off they were late arriving. Reason? Traffic! I could understand that, but they couldn't understand my reason for being upset that they left this lady alone in their parking lot at night. The manager and that particular driver who I will not name has no compassion for people. How could you tell some one that they could pay you and extra $20.00 to be dropped off somewhere because you didn't want to wait until her ride came back to get her. The driver then told the rider to give her my phone number so that she could call me to see how far I was from the office. (The driver then lied and said she called me and I didn't answer my phone.) If she had infact called me she would have known that I was only five mins away. The driver then told her she had to go and drove away and left her down a dark street in their parking lot. Upon me calling the manager the next day just to let her know of the situation and the discuss we felt I was told in and uncaring way that it's not there job to wait for the passangers rides. It's between the passanger and their ride to work out the details of the pick up, and what was five mins? Five mins isn't that bad during the day, but five mins at night is a long time! It's a long enough time for someone to killed, robbed or rapped you! The things, I agree with her about their pick-up policy, but it's there job and policy to arrive on time to the location. If I could understand their issue then they should have been able to understand my reason for being upset. I hope that one day the manager of EzRide is left alone during her travels in an unfamiliar place, a dark area in a parking lot where she will wonder if she is going to be rapped, robbed, or killed so the she will then understand how it feels to be in that situation. (I'm not wishing any harm to her, but I am hoping for her to understand just how it feels.) And to the owners of EzRide, if I were you I would think about getting a manager with better people skills and a little more compassion, because the one you have is a mess. If you have to use EzRide use them during the day. EzRide only wants EzMoney they don't care about you or your safety.
