Wedding was in September, we had not one complaint or concern throughout the entire experience. While Roux's is not cheap we priced more than a few other caterers that were more expensive and offered less services than Robert and his staff. The food is truly amazing, in fact everyone who attended our wedding commeted on how wonderful the food and presentation was. More than a few entries in the guestbook even praise Roux's. Robert and his staff were nothing short of absolute professionals thoughout, from planning the menu, changes and all, down to the reception that went off with out a single hitch. If there was we wouldn't have known anyway. We have been to 3 other weddings that have also used Roux's and we have observed the same attention to detail and absolutly delicious food. Couldn't recomend any higher. If anyone askes who to use for a wedding, corporate function, or masters there is only one name on my list.

Seriously Expensive

Food was delicious! Wait staff was wonderful. On the other hand, owner/manager Robert Williams is hard to get into contact with. He doesnt answer his phone or return e-mails in a timely manner....pretty stressful when your getting down to the wire and trying to finalize details and payments. Worst, after paying him literally thousands, my final payment was MUCH higher than I expected it to be. Instead of being up front about costs, he initially gave me a low ball number ($27 per person), which I began to put down payments on. He then waited until 7 days before my wedding to hit me with taxes, gratuities and linens for the tables during the last week of my wedding. The total actually came to $46.50 per person. Ouch. I would have preferred that he be more up front and let me know that the original quote did not include taxes/gratuities/etc..., but I guess it would be pretty hard to get any business that way.
