an excellent company. i went with this company rather than the bigger chains and was so pleased, i had to take time out to write a review. The repair man was so pleasant, i didnt mind writing the check! I was also pleased when he left his shoes at the door without me having to request this.

bigger doent mean better. if you want a job done well, and by an honest guy; call them!!!

Great Service!. My heating unit went out on a weekend and I was extremely cold and out of sorts. I called them, they sent technicians to address the problem. The service was done promptly, efficiently, and correctly. They did more for me than I expected or asked. They were considerate and thoughtful. Everything they did was explained fully and I was shown the parts that needed replacement and told why. I must say there is no one who would have given the service they did when I needed it the most. I can say that they deserve the highest recommendation which I would give them without hesitation.

Great Service!. In this day and age where customer service seems to be a thing of the past, I find the courtesy, professionalism and follow-through of the Jon Wayne staff to be refreshing. Everyone I have ever spoken to is polite, helpful, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile. The service techs always wear the 'booties' inside to protect carpets and flooring. The reports are detailed, and the follow-up from Jon Wayne to ensure customer satisfaction is appreciated. I have already recommended Jon Wayne at least once and would do so again if friends or associates have a need for these types of services.

Great Service!. Your technician was very courteous and professional and he diagnosed the problem almost immediately. He also explained the options that were available to me if financing was needed. He composed himself professionally the whole time. I will probably be contacting your company soon in regard to working a service contract in the near future.......JOE COSTA

Great Service!. I would like to start off with this company the salesman and system evaluator. Made his appointment on time and put on footies to enter my house I was shocked. He assisted me in finding the best system for my money. The installers were the same professional courteous from beginning to end. I felt safe and secure the whole time they were there. Jon Wayne heating and A/c deserves all the credit for the way they train and hire the best of the best. I am truly happy and overwhelmed with this great system. FIVE STARS IS NOT enough! they deserve ten!!

Great Service!. he crew that provided the installation of our new air/heating unit at was probably the most professional crew that has ever done any work for me during the over 23+ years here. They were not only very friendly, personable, and cooperative, but very professionaly and carried our the image. Everyone was great and I commend them all!
