Great office, staff and doctor. Dr. Cushman's staff went out of their way to make my experience exceptional. They were on time, friendly, and caring. Dr. Cushman took a great deal of time to explain my problems and the solutions. She was very kind and caring. The office is beautifully decorated and a very soothing environment.

Rude Doctor and staff. First of all let me start by saying: This office is in a HORRIBLE area!! This part of town is very scary and a lot of crime happens around this area!!!

OK, here is my experience I went to this office for an evaluation, Dr. Cushman got upset with me because I asked a lot of quetions. She acted like she did not have time for me. She sent me to the office manager and I tried to ask more questions and was told all questions should have been asked in the back. I explained I wanted to wait 6 weeks for my surgery and the office manager told me I had to do it in the next week. I told her I did not have the funds and she went to talk to the doctor, and Dr. Cushman came in the office and told me she could not believe I wanted to wait for the surgery. I told her about my situation, and she got mad and said "Well, Why are you wasting my time if you are not ready??"

I find this very rude and will never return to her office again. She is too money hungry and does not care about anything but her own pocket. If a person can not afford services ASAP but can in 6 weeks then what is the difference. I guess she had a quota to reach for the month and needed my money! And the staff at the front desk seemed like all they cared about was gossiping about everyone who worked there.
