Great Place over the years

I've been coming here and bringing friends and clients for almost 10 years.

While this place has had its' up's and downs during that time, I've never left unsatisfied.

When these people are on their game, there is no better place to experience fresh ingedients prepared with great skill and inventiveness, and when they have a occasional off-night, the food is still better than most other places. Yes, the wait staff at times appears stressed, and it can get loud and crowded, especially on weekends (even more-so if I'm there with a large party) but the food is always at least good, more often than not--great, and occasionally --spectacular.

What else can one hope for in a friendly local restaurant?

• Pros: Food and service are always good and often exceptional
• Cons: Can get loud and crowded on weekend evenings

GREAT FOOD, Very accomidating, they are great with kids

I have to say, there are many higher end restuarants that are not kid friendly because they are really just for adults, which I have no problem with, but it is nice to find a place that has fabulous food, a great atmosphere and lovely people, even the pianist is friendly to the kids.

Because frankly sometimes us parents want a nice adult meal(not CPK or Islands again) but don't have coverage that nite!

FINS has a very inviting adult atmosphere BUT they are surprisingly accomidating to kids. I have gone several times in the past 3 months and they are so kind and even supply crayons and a menu to the kids.

My child has surprisingly good restaurant behavior(not so good at other places) so I feel confident taking her there but even so they are really great!

I love this place!

• Pros: ambience, accomidating, great food, great service!

Pretty reliable

Good basic seafood dishes with a few creative specials. Nothing to write home about, but very nice. We eat there often.
