JUST NOT GOOD. Not good.

Average baked goods.

Slightly below average food.

overall, the staff is just not helpful or pleasant.

Expensive.

Have been to both locations and just not worth the money or gas to get to either one.

Disappointing. I was disappointed with the food. It is mediocre at best and VERY pricey. $5.00 for 3 cookies and they aren't even big cookies. The breads are like $6-9 loaf, mostly $8-9. Wow! The sandwiches are OK, nothing special and very expensive. A spoonful of coleslaw accompanies the $9.00 bologna sandwich. Where did these prices come from? Bologna, bread and coleslaw on a styrofoam plate $9.00 (did I mention that there is no service for the $9.00 bologna sandwich-you take your own tray to the table). The breads are OK, again nothing special especially for the price. A piece of crumb cake is $5.00 (again not a big portion). They don't make anything at the downtown Orlando location. A fruit turnover is $5.00. There was hardly any filling in them, just tons of puff pastry. The staff was not helpful when ordering the sandwich and the bakery girls did not say "thank you" or have any smile on their face. It was not welcoming and we won't be going back. Nothing great at all and certainly not worth the prices.
