Nice enough but only on the outside... rotten at the core. We didn't stay here but we almost did. We ended up getting stuck in an annoying FIVE hour timeshare hard sale when we had specifically told them MANY times that we'll give it a fair chance but no more than 3 hours... then even when we decided to give it a shot, kept us waiting for HOURS and kept trying to slip the wrong paperwork with different terms than originally negotiated over and over that would have legally screwed me over for 10 YEARS! After 5 hours, we just walked out, with no real assurance that we would ever be out in time to spend time at Universal Studios (which we paid $200 for... and flew all the way in from CALGARY to see) and no consideration of our time, only that they can screw us over, sign the form and have our cash so they can rejoice while our vacation got blown out of the water. I have absolutely no regrets walking out, and will never recommend or encourage anyone to get trapped by this mess. Sure the facilities look nice, and the product looks good... but if they were this dedicated to screw us over at the start, what would it have been over the years had we did sign up? RUN away...do not walk....just RUN

a pirvr of heaven. I am a retired nurse who bought pre-construction. I can't say enough!!!!! WONDERFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Timeshare Fun. These condos are pretty nice and are located conveniently in Kissimmee, which is about a 15 minute drive to the Disney parks. There are also a lot of restaurants and activities in the nearby area.

As for the Westgate complex, there are a lot of activities like pools (15+), on site exercise facility, volleyball, tennis, an activity center, etc. There is also a Pizza Hut (overpriced) and general store (way overpriced) on the grounds.

5 star. Yes it is a timeshare. But there is so much entertainment. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I would gladly let the management bug me to buy this time share, afterall, they do return your $20.00 deposit and give you 2 free theme park tickets. This is a must see resort.
