Palm Harbors best kept secret. I have been getting my hair done here for 8 months now by Christi. She is fantastic! I get highlights which can be a problem at other salons. This place is excellent in service,with color, cut, to highlights.They listen to my request and service me the way I like to be treated.My hair gets complemented a lot. I believe they are a team that helps each other and smiles are genuine not fake.I would definitely recommend going to Rare Accents. They have upscale quality service with out the snooty attitudes of other salons.Oh and they have a Day Spa too! It's Awesome. All the staff are very educated in their fields.That is very important to me.

Nice, friendly local day spa.. I like the place. I discovered it about 4 months ago and have been going there ever since. The services I've received have been excellent. Hair cut and color, nails, facial have all been great. I never have to wait long for appointments. It has been around for about 20 years, I'm told. There are many long term employees that work more as a team than other spas. I'm happy to recommend it.
