Wonderful Service. I have been going to Sophisticated Styles for almost two years now. They are always polite and helpful, and Leigh does a great job with my hair. Mark knows all there is to know about color. Great place!

Rude.
I had a gift certificate that was about to expire and called to make an appointment for Saturday, they didn't have any available appts so I tried to make an appointment for Sunday or Monday, they are closed both days. My gift certificate expired on Sunday. I tried to make an appt for Tuesday the woman on the phone said that since my gift certificate expired on Sunday I was out of luck. That to me is very bad business. I told the woman that and that I would going to a different salon.
In this economy you would think you'd try to gain as many clients as possible???
