I agree, Great Customer Service and Gorgeous Flowers. I was in the doghouse. I came into the shop which is quite quaint and they saved me. They put the flowers together in a snap and they were gorgeous. The people who work there are hysterical and brightened even my day. My wife forgave me and I return to this shop in person everytime I need flowers and they always treat me like an old friend.

Great Customer Service. We were out of town and we could not get to the funeral. We called this florist and at the last second they not only took care of the order, but our relatives told us what a beautiful arrangement that it was. We would highly recommend this florist and we will use them again.

I would not recommend this florist.. I would not recommend this florist. I ordered flowers and they arrived half dead. They would not refund me any money. Terrible customer service and rude owner. They should not be in business. Their shop is a mess, full of boxes!

Well, as the owner of the shop, I am very sorry you felt as you did....However it is our policy to always try to please the recipient of our flowers...If you were treated rudely, then by all means you must have been extremely rude yourself....This probably also explains the hatefulness of your note...It is also our policy to have lots of boxes in our shop due to the fact we are extremely busy...I guess there are many people who love our flowers...I am glad you will no longer be using our shop, I would hate for the staff to be exposed to a person like you...
