I believe that Melinda Rubino is a very talented sales rep for Ferman. Other reps could learn from her sales tactics. She is professional, courtious, kind, and concerned for the welfare of her customers. You would do well by hiring more like her.

This is the Best BMW in the Tampa Bay Area. I recommend Melinda Rubino. She is the best car sales person and goes above and beyond. This is the second car purchase from her, and guess what, I will be coming again and again.

Bought a total of 7 cars from Ferman BMW (goes back to Sunshine BMW if you remember the old name), new and used, some for obvious reasons, some while living away from here and I have always had a pleasant experience with sales and service. David, Dennis and Matt always there for me in service, Joe, TC and John in the parts department...

Joe is the best. He always is friendly and really tries to make you comfortable. He goes the extra mile. The only thing that I can stay about Ferman BMW is the prices of such things as minor repairs. My front seat had a 2 inch scratch repaired and the cost was 83.00. I just would have fixed it for nothing for a good repeat customer. Sometimes the little things really make the customer feel like they are someone who is respected and a necessary part of the business to remain successful.

I would like to say that my experience at Ferman was truly beyond my greatest expectation. I was so impressed with the team as a whole. First I want to give props to your Internet team they contacted me quickly and when I got to the dealership. I was greeted and made to feel welcomed and shortly there after Mr. Alvarez came out and assisted me and the car that I coming to see had just sold but he wasted no time to informe me that a better deal had just enter the lot and he arranged for me to come back a that following Thursday. When I came back Gina was Tge sales rep that assisted me and wow, she was awesome. She was sharp she new her BMW 750 Li that for sure, from then on it just a blessing your finance...
