staff was busy writing those other positive comments. All I can offer is all that glitters is not gold and Caveat Emptor . Neighbors are nosy and gossip just like the staff . don't recommend

My neighbors have become some of my closest friends. I am so happy with living here and thankful that I found this place. There isn't a thing I would change.

For almost 4 years I have been here, and I don't think there is any other place that I would rather be. If I ever have a problem with anything, within 20 minutes of me calling, someone is at my apartment making it better. I don't plan on moving any time soon!

Excellent Staff. The staff at Carlton Arms of Magnolia Valley is what makes this apartment complex so unique. The people actually care about you, it's almost like a little community here where people are friendly and know each other. On top of that, there are features like the ponds, lakes, pools, fountains (to name a few) which are nice as well.
