Extremely pleased with Beneva flowers. I recently ordered a floral arrangement for my mom. I had an idea of what I wanted (not specific flowers, but style and colors), and I described it to the woman who took my order, and told her how much I wanted to spend. I splurged because I wanted it to be special. The arrangement that was delivered the next day was perfect. It was amazingly beautiful, and was exactly what I had hoped for. I wish that I could post a picture. It was delivered on time, and the woman who helped me on the phone could not have been more friendly or polite. I will definitely use Beneva Flowers for any future orders in the Sarasota area and highly recommend them. I just wish I had seen the online promotions when I ordered!…
The Claim "Exceeding Expectations" Not True.
I had ordered flowers through Beneva Flowers to be delivered to a family member. When I saw a picture of the actual flowers delivered, I was disappointed so I notified Beneva. I asked for a refund,
or even a partial refund because the flowers delivered didn't look like what I paid for. However, the best Beneva could do for me was offer me a gift card for my next order!
I turned it down because I told them that the gift card would be useless for me since I wasn't going to order flowers from them again. I want a refund or a partial refund instead. And the response I got was, "I don't see how a refund would solve the problem."
But a gift card, that I can't use, will?
I am so disappointed and appalled by all this that I highly discourage anyone from doing business with Beneva Flowers. On their website you'll find the slogans, "Exceeding Expectations" and "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed."
But sadly .... that's not true at all.…
Very bad service! OWNER, Art Yelled at me!.
ALL I have to say is Bad everything!! I cant believe I was just yelled at from the Owner, Art is his name.
First off, I ordered flowers, sent on Wrong date, sent wrong color, then OVER charged be by $10.00!
He didnt want to send out a replacement, but did 3 days later and asked for the last order back!!!
(You dont ask for it back! Who does that!?)
I called to complain about it and he said to me: "Dont call my shop" "We dont want your business" "People like you take advantage of us"
WOW, Really? I was in Shock and I am still in shock that the Owner of a shop would do this.
I was asking for small credit of ONLY $16.70 for my flowers that They did was wrong... He would NOT credir my account!.
He would only credit the $10.00 overage.
I had my home phone on speaker so my husband could hear him talk to me like this!
This is real and the owner, Art needs some listening skills because he kept talking over me. He was soooooooooooooo rude.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if that is a real review. Why, when you get a negative review is it all of a sudden "unreal" or "not valid" or "unacceptable"? How pompous.
I ordered flowers from this company and they charged my credit card an extra $10 without ever asking me or even telling me about it! I got my credit card statement and saw the charge and called the company - they gave me this song & dance about rush delivery which I NEVER asked for! They ended up removing the charge, but not after I had to call and demand it.
The fact is, it never should have happened in the first place. And what's worse, I told a few of my friends about it, and one of them said the same thing happened to them a while back! Which tells me that this company makes a practice of this. god knows how much money they make off of these extra charges that customers never notice on their bill.
Very shade business practice! Watch out for this company!…
