Unprofessional, rude customer service. I live in Naples and was willing to drive the 30 minute drive to Marco Island to Kathleen's to avoid having to pay Naples prices for a hair cut. I called this lady 3 times and she hung up on me everytime after giving me a rushed answer. The first time I called her was to ask for the address. I was simply going to key the address into mapquest so that I would have complete directions. I'm not familiar with Marco Island and she wanted to know if I knew where porky's was or Bald Eagle drive. No I don't know where these places are, I simply just needed the address to avoid missing my appointment. since I was running late. So I asked for just the address, she told me the address and hung up. I called a second time to let her know the traffic was heavy and I was running about 5 minutes late. She said okay and hung up. I reached the destination and called to ask what business it is located next to because I didn't see it in Pelican Plaza, she said very rudely, "Hun, you know what, are you sure you even want to come? Because you have asked me the same question several times and I already told you it's by Porky's." I nicely tried to explain that I was driving 30 minutes from Naples and was not familiar with Marco Island so the address was all I needed the first time. She said okay and hung up. After hanging up with her, I realized that in fact no I did not want to get my hair cut by her. I didn't want to give this woman my business. She was entirely rude and unprofessional. To be honest with you, I don't have time for people like that on Christmas eve. So I turned my car back around and drove back to Naples.…
