The Scene – This resort is built on the site of the former 1910 Tarpon House Inn. Today, it retains some of the original touches, such as sky-colored ceilings, 180-degree-view verandahs and an eight-sided pavilion with a cupola that dates back to the early 20th century. My husband and I recently celebrated our honeymoon at this resort and we highly recommend it to everyone. The rooms are all brand new and the Spa was just recently renovated. They have the most amazing treatments, from the Caloosa Experience to Las Piedras Calientes. I cannot think of a better way to rest, relax and just completely unwind!! I am surprised they aren't on your best Spa list. We can't wait for our anniversary, so that we can experience this resort again.
