Awesome place awesome personalities. awesome service, real conversation,made me feel welcome and comfortable, i got a mani and pedi and it looks wonderful so good i'm going back for a body wrap soon to lose some extra weight!!! Finally a place i can keep going to!

CAVEAT EMPTOR. I called and asked how much highlights cost. I spoke with Rachael and was told approx. $75 dollars. I went in, told her I wanted blonde blonde blonde hilights, even showed her pictures. When she was done, my highlights were not even close to blonde, and she charged me $195.00 DOLLARS!!! Yes, you read that correctly. Who does she think she is, Ken Paves?? Its North Fort Myers, not New York City. At first I thought she was kidding. She wasnt. And at no time did she tell me it would be more than her original quote. I could not believe it! When I questioned the bill, all I got was additude, like "How Dare I Question Her". I just paid and left. NEVER AGAIN. BEWARE. She took advantage of me and got away with it. The peope who have had positive experiences there obvioulsly did not have Rachael as their stylist. I ended up going somewhere else and paying again to have it done right! The only thing I can do about it is share my terrible experience with others, which is exactly what I do, every chance I get.

The very best they really are!. They are the very best theu do the latest styles & they care about what they do they instruct you on how to do your hair at home and what NOT to do too. The shop has many things going on. I had a mini facial that was just wonderful. They have a standup tanning unit-Nice! I reccommend them to anyone who would lke quality work from people who know what they are doing and they care! YES!

yes great place good people. They have so much for you to have done.

They used new products that are natural my hair was so shiny and great feeling.

I have to go back again soon cuz I want to get more things done and they do have good prices.

I think they are awesome...!!!

You get to try things for free too.

Good for the whole family,lots to look at while you are there

best shop to get a good cut they do it right. best haircut i ever had, they do it different, good service also,many differnt things to experience there, #1 in NFM i believe it! they really care!

Best shop around town/Florida. i have been here a long time and the best place around i have found is darlenes hair hut, very personal and they care. i think they do everything anyone could want like a spa for the whole family, they are the best......

The kewlest place with great staff. Love the place! I Always go for "ME" time. The Pampering "I" deserve. They do everything there, from head to toe. I love my hair coloring! No body could ever get it right until I went to Darlene's. Love the Skin Care. the Massages,& body wraps are so great & the booth tanning too.

Great Service+++ I can always get right in when I need to.

Best Salon and Spa Great Custermer service. This is a really great place to go and get your hair and any other services done they are great people a+++++++++++++.
