Not bad at all. I read the 1st review which is why i went to this store (and why i spent 10 minuste creating this account to write this review) - I went there over a year ago and had no problem whatsoever. This time was the same. Several young people moving around quickly and efficiently - answered several questions and properly packed my box within 10 minutes. I mean they were not my BFFs, but they were efficient, knowledgable,and professoinal as you can get being a clerk in a store. No kids there that I saw. Reason they don't get 5 stars is the cost. But that is not their fault. At least it was not the real POstOffice. That's where you find out what going postal is all about, which is pretty awful when you consider their pension and benefits.

SUCKY CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE Customer Service-- as if the employees feel Entitled to give the Pretense of working or being employed only to receive a paycheck yet Unwilling to Actually DO Any Work unless Prodded Again and Again and Again.

Hello--WHERE is the Manager? I LOVE the UPS Stores Facility but this one is by far the worst one in the continenetal US for customer service.!!!
