Don't waste your money and time..They don't care

If it were possible I would give this place a negative score. They never laid a hand on my car, instead relying on the machine to wash it. There was still road tar and bugs all over my car after they were through with it.The machine is no different than any other automated car wash that you can drive through for less than $10. It cost me $27.00 for the most basic wash. From now on I'll either do it myself or help a a little league team, girl scouts, etc. who will wash it by hand. I always pay extra and tip well for good service, but I joined this website specifically to tell everyyone to avoid this business.

I read the negative reviews about Pat's car wash. However, Pat donated a free $22 mid-grade inside and out car wash to my Church (Winter Haven Church Of God) just for the asking. They cleaned our 15 passenger van great and then Pat himself (nice guy) walks over and says hi to me. He wants to help us with a fundraiser we're having after the first of the year. I gotta say that I am impressed. Hey, thanks Pat - your'e awesome. By the way, a nice young man named Eric really went the extra mile on the van. God bless you.

STAY AWAY....FAR FAR AWAY FROM HERE

I dont think this even deserves 1 star. I had only gone there once before after buying a new car in Winter Haven. This yime we went after going to the dealer for an issue and stopped by there again on the way home. The car I bought was in PRISTINE condition.....not a scratch on it. After the wash....the full deal, inside and out.....we got in the car.....the front door was open for me.....and drove off. When we got to the next destination.....I noticed tiny scratches on the drivers door just below the handle. We turned around and went directly back. The "manager" kid cvame over and told us they had NEVER had an issue before and that the owner probably was not going to do anything about it but he would get him. When he came out....I told him what had happened and he started saying there was no way that could happen cuz they use soft washing.....which my husband knew was not the case. Dirt particles can get into them if they are not properly cared for. Then he didn't even look at the scratches, started yelling at my husband and pointing his finger at him and cursing. Then he told us to get off his property and not to come back....which we will not....and he said "SO....SUE ME".....which I am thinking about.. I have documentation that this car was PERFECT just 20 minutes before this. STAY CLEAR of this place.......he is an ass and has no business being in a customer service business.

WHAT HAPPENED TO PATS?????

What has happened to Pat's. I have used this facitlity many many times over the past years, but the last couple times I was terribly dissappointed. The bottom half of my car wasn't even touched. It's a new car and I thought the shape must have been the problem with the brushes. The interior was hardly touched. Nothing like the service that I was accustomed to. I was under the impression that there was a new owner or manager that wasn't keeping up with the reputation that Pat's had. But to my surprise, my good friend went there yesterday and had an extremely bad experience. The interior of her car wasn't touched except for the dash. She had the deluxe package, she was very dissapointed and pointed out what was missed. They gave her a towel and she was cleaning the door jams, wiping down the seats and wiping out the cup holders where cigarette ashes were. She asked to talk with the owner and "Pat" came out and said he was the owner and told her to get off his property. What kind of customer service is this. I will never go back either. There is a wonderful car wash on 6th street and even closer to my home. They are closed on Sun and Mon, so that's why I always made to extra trip down to Cypress Gardens Blvd. Now I wil be making sure I wash my car Tue - Sat at a place that is grateful for my business. Pass the word, so people don't get ripped off like I have and my girlfriend. This is such a shame that this once fine business has gone down the tubes.

Don't go here!!

I went here specifically to have the love bugs removed from my car. Now there is a sign that says that they only guarantee removal if using a premium wash, so I paid for the highest exterior only wash. Still had bugs. So I went to complain. The manager glanced at my receipt and threw it back on the counter and as he is walking away, he mumbled something about signage and crediting me the difference on a higher priced car wash. I didn't want the interior of my car washed, just the bugs removed. I couldn't convey this to him though, because he was already gone.

Obviously, this is a frequent issue because he already had his response ready as did the cashier. THe sign should say that the exterior only wash doesn't removed the bugs.

Bait and switch in my opinion???

Oh, I gave one star because this won't allow no stars.
