Melody Acres Problems Unresolved

January 2005 - Water turned of because bill was not paid. Do not remember the day.

4-28-2005 - Noticed the Water was not on at 11:20 am. No noticed was given.

4-28-2005 - Noticed the Water was turned on 3:35 pm.

6-27-2005 - Noticed the Water was not on at 11:15 am. No noticed was given.

6-27-2005 - Asked the manager, "Did you know the water was turned off?" She said, "yea baby they said it would be turned on after two."

I asked' "After two?" She looked at her watch and said, "yes it should be turned on anytime now."

6-27-2005 - 5:20 p.m. - Saw the Lakeland electric truck driving around and I asked the driver if he was looking for someone. He said he

was looking for the water meter. Kathy the manager walked up and started talking to him. I asked the amanger if she was given any notice

before the water was turned off. She said, "no." At 5:30 p.m. the water was back on.

Thursday July, 28 2005 - 11:50 a.m. noticed the water was turned off. At 3:35 p.m. went and asked the manager Kathy. She said the water

was turned off because the owner did not pay the bill. And she did try to call him but could not get an answer. She said she just called

Monday, August 04, 2008 - Front yard cut by Tom Trumble. Created a big mess with grass cuttings thrown around by the lawnmower. Took

photos. Someone told John water would be off at 8:00am in the next morning.

Monday, August 05, 2008 - Up early to fill buckets of water. Water off about 8:00am. Hose down grass cuttings from car, patio, and

plant beds. Went over lumps made by Tom.

Wednesday, August 06, 2008 - Work in yard - Clean more of mess made by Tom on Monday.

Monday, August 25, 2008 - Melody garbage not picked up over a week - took photo.

Tuesday, August 26, 2008 - Took another photo of Melody garbage pile.

Friday, August 29, 2008 - Water off 3:05PM. John said water on about 3:30PM
