TRUSTWORTHY & EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The owner really does a great job on installing convertible tops on cars. He has replaced the top on my BMW twice. Both times he has done an excellent job & the top fit perfectly. I appreciate his polite, helpful demeanor. If I ever need anything re-upholstered, I'll call Bay to Bay first. Thanks for the outstanding work & good quality products.
