That dreaded crashing noise in the middle of the night-yep, the spring snapped. Banko came out the very next morning and replaced it. We ended up buying a new garage door from them, too...and when the opener goes, we'll definitely use them. They were very efficient, friendly and affordable.

Banko was easy to reach, pleasant to deal with and, knowing my particular situation, willing to get someone out right away. The man that came was also very courteous, did not try to sell me more than what was needed to fix our problem, gave me a time frame for doing the job, and explained what would be helpful to do to maintain our door opener and door in the future. And he finished ahead of schedule!!

I called Banko on a Monday around 2:30 pm, they called me back on my way home at 4. I asked if I could have someone come out and check my garage door on Tues, at first the rep said that they were booked and could someone come on Thur? I said we are having a birthday party for my grandson on Saturday, and rep said...you don't have to say another word, we will have someone come out on Tues, when it comes to our customers, we will go out of our way to make sure you get what you need. I was thinking to myself..(Wow)!..Who does that these days, with most companies you are on their schedule, not yours, so this was really nice to hear. The gentleman came out and got there exactly when he said he would be there, no waiting from 3-6, and we will get to you somewhere in between. The gentleman was very nice, he explained everything to me and told me how much it would cost and even went on to fix a bracket that one of my sensors was in that was broken, very rare; but good wholesome company, if anyone should need service for their garage door, I would recommend Banko...I am so happy with my garage door it is so smooth now and open and closes with such ease...

Banko was a very pleasant experience. We needed our garage doors springs replaced, we contacted a couple of different companies, the price was very competitive but Banko sales person explained to us the issue and made the scheduling fast and easy. On the next day, our garage door was repaired, no delays, no negative surprises or over charges. Everything went smoothly and just like they explained to us.

Quick, fast and professional service. I needed the springs on my garage door fixed and called Banko Overhead Doors. Inc. The installer was very professional and did a courtesy call before coming to my home to let me know he was on his way. Finished the job in less then 30 min. I would recommend them anytime!

We just had some repairs completed, and we can not thank Banko Doors and our service guy Jim enough. We had other quotes but they were just looking to upsell us into a new door for a lot more money. We contacted Banko and never looked back at the other quotes, but only to laugh at them. We received an email about Jim our service tech, which these days that goes far. Gives you that security to let someone in your home without the worries. Jim was great!! We were considering a new door as we were told from the previous company that everything was about to far apart. Jim was very honest, and said only the two repairs were needed. We still got a quote for a new door, and we even considered it as Jim and Banko were so honest. Banko has the best price around for a new door or repairs. Service is top notch! Don't waste your time with anyone else...call Banko Overhead Doors!!!
