Much thanks to Jeff Ralph's Agency, I now understand insurance and know what I need coverage for. Everyone in his office is very well educated and has such a caring personality. I feel that they truly care about my family & our future. When I first came to this Agency, the premium's were a little bit higher than other Insurance Companies.. but I decided that I would rather pay a little bit more & know that I am getting correct information and the coverage's that I need. I would reccommend Jeff's Agency to any family member or friend that is looking for a great insurance agency!

Great Office and Staff!!!

I have had my insurance with this agent for the past six years. Their prices are competitive and their service is unbeatable. They are always so friendly and helpful and are true professionals. I have referred several of my friends and family to their office and they have been just as happy as I have been.

Jeff Ralph State Farm-saving me money, time and stress!!

I have had insurance with Jeff Ralph at State Farm i Tampa for the past 20 years. I am so happy with my insurance, and never stress about going in to Jeff Ralph's office. I am so happy with my auto, life and home insurance and very happy with their competitive rates. I feel like the staff in this office treat me like I am a part of their family. Not only have they saved me money over the years, they have also made sure I have a great insurance plan. My auto, life and home insurance will be staying with Jeff Ralph at State Farm in Tampa for many years to come!

I have been a Client of State Farm for over five years. I have multiple policies with them. I will be the first to tell you that I have never been a big fan of insurance. I felt like they were there to collect your premium and nickel and dime you on every claim. This does not stand true here. My agent, Jeannine Cherry, has spoiled me. Anytime I ever call with a question or problem, she makes it a priority to get me an answer or resolution. I have always been made to feel that I am their number one Customer. She has even gone as far as to go into her office on a Holiday to take care of things for me. Bravo!! This Agency should be the model that all others follow.

True customer satisfaction

They are always very friendly and helpful with any questions. Always see a happy face wheb walking in the door.. I would recommend them to anyone who likes to be treated professionally . They go out of there even if it not with statefarm insurance related.. I give there entire staff a high five for outstanding service.
