had a great time, good food, great service. My family and I had a great time! We were there on a Sunday for dinner, it was a little busy, but nonetheless it was really good. It was our first time there and my parent's are from Chicago, they thought it was really tasty. The service was great. Mark, was waiting on us, it was obvious that he made time for ALL of his patrons. You don't find that everyday when you go out to eat. He realized that it was our first time there and he went over the menu with us, highlighting on some of his personal favorites, like the "Loop" and the "California Chicken" (which both were awesome), he brought over crayons and coloring paper for the kids, it was great, he had their food out as soon as possible, suggested an import draft beer, (which is really good, from Germany). I was just really glad that we went there. It felt like home. We can't wait until we go back. Thanks Mark !!! See you soon

Great Waitress & Food, but TERRIBLE Manager!. My husband & I are regulars at Windy City Pizza. We have always enjoyed a great meal with decent service, UNTIL last evening. When there was a discrepancy on our bill regarding an extra topping we were charged $1.20 for. Small, but still we mentioned it to our waitress who usually serves us. She said no problem & went to her mgr. "Bitzie" to request it be removed. She approached us with a rude attitude & refused to remove it stating," well it says on the menu what extra toppings cost more" . UMMMM we never ordered an extra topping & our waitress confirmed she had mistakenly forgot to count the number listed on the order. Bitzie, then started raising her voice at us & embarrasing herself & staff in front of all of the customers witnessing this act! I asked her if this was truly worth losing a customer over, & she said it was fine... unbelievable!!! When I mentioned that we were regulars & that this was no way to treat your customers, she could care less. After succumbing to her pride of being WRONG, she eventually took it off the bill, only to charge our waitress with it instead...terrible. The whole situation I found rather insulting especially when I get home to find we were missing 2 of our toppings anyway!! I am a small business owner with 15 employees & I WOULD NEVER TREAT MY STAFF OR CLIENTS SO RIDICULOUSLY. I'm certain her manager will hear about this...but we will be back, just hopefully not while Bitzie is there!!

great pizza. This is good pizza! I eat here all the time and it is great. My friend zach eats here too and loves it also! This is the best pizza joint in Tampa. Nice thick crust, lotsa garlic if you wish, and a huge list of toppings to choose from.. It's fantastic!

Mixed review. Went there with my parents. My mom liked the pizza, my dad and I didn't care for the tomato sauce which we thought ruined the pizza.

Excellent Pizza and Value. The pizza here is outstanding. I have been eating since 1993 and have never had a bad experience. If you like garlic...then try "Jake's Garlic Sauce" on your pizza.

Not real pizza. Their pizza was among the worst I have ever had. I was in the mood for Chicago pizza and went to Pizzaria UNO in Orlando and then Windy City....no comparison. Windy City is not even close to real Chicago pizza.

Chicago Style Pizza?. If you are REALLY looking for Chicago style pie then I would suggest Chicago Pizza & Pasta in Largo! I make the 1 hr. 30 + min. drive for this pizza because it FAR OUT-SHINES Windy City Pizza (I've only been there once and trust me - will NEVER go back!)
