Good, But Not Great. My fiance and I had dinner at Jasmine Thai this weekend. We both love Thai food and were looking forward to checking this place out. The prices were very good as were our entrees, but the pork in my Green Curry and the chicken in her Pad Thai were overcooked.

Not a bad dinner overall, but nothing to write home about either. That said, the dinner was perfectly acceptable for feeding our Thai habit at a decent price.

Jasmine is good, but not the best in Tampa.. Jasmine Thai is good, but not the best in Tampa, FL. Their decor is nice and the service is good, but on the food side it gets a 3 from me. If you want to experience the best Thai food in Tampa, FL hands down Thai Terrace on dale mabry is #1.

Best Thai in Carrollwood. We've been to Jasmine Thai more than a dozen times, both for lunch and dinner, and it is always very good. It's is not the best place ever, but it is definitively the best Thai place in Carrollwood. Everything that I ordered so far is tasty, and the place is cute. I love the coconut soup and my husband enjoys their ?chicken amazing?. The food could have more ?meat? in it (the shrimp plates I like are always on the small side), but overall it is a great place.

Best Thai cuisine yet!. Love Jasmine Thai, this will hold a place on my "to go" list when I want oriental food from now on! I have plans to take several of my friends there and out of town relatives when they get here. Most relaxing atmosphere and fantastic cuisine along with very pleasant personnel makes for a wonderful place to dine. I could have stayed longer and just talked over the tea afterwards, it was so cozy and beautiful!

Best place for Thai food..in south Tampa.. Jasmine Thai on Kennedy is a wonderful place to have Thai food for both Lunch and Dinner. I love the Decors, Atmostphere, the table settings, the tasty delicious dishes, and the services.

My family have been eating at Jasmine Thai on Kennedy since day one that this place have been opened. I love the decors of this beautiful restaurant, velvet red seats contrasting with black woodsand yellow walls ... so relaxing... the music is so hip, i feel so ease when go there to enjoy myself and listening to mucic while eating. Jasmine Thai on Kennedy is so clean, bathroom, the floor, the tables, even the kitchen where i have a chance to take a tour.

This is a place to get the Authentic Thai food when wanting to have a wonderful time and enjoy every bit of everything.. appertizers... soups, salad. they have summer rolls too... fresh rolls..entrees, desserts...

The Service is always great and outstanding when customers come in to Jasmine Thai. Prompted services, Friendly servers.. Water always fills up when eating at this place... soft drinks are free Refilled...

if you haven't been to this Jasmine Thai on Kennedy... I highly recommend you to experience.. and enjoy.

This place has gone downhill.. It used to be so good. I used to come for lunch and order the seafood coconut soup. When I was done, I'd order seconds. But, lately, it's been so salty and the seafood is so chewy! Gross. Tonight, I said something to the manager about it and he made me feel bad for speaking up. "you're the only one who complained" This was actually the first time I've complained in a restaurant. I wouldn't have said anything, but the service was also pretty bad. We never even got any napkins. I love thai & the best thai restaurants are in South Tampa!

Average Thai food. I was so excited to found that this restaurant was one of the best taste Thai restaurants so I decided to try this restaurant, took about 2 hours driving one-way. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. It just taste average ... it does not make a strong impression to be remembered ...

must try!. just went here for lunch and everything was excellent. service was friendly and prompt and the food was fresh and authentic. very inexpensive but still of highest quality. will recommend to anyone looking for great thai food!

always a good time. We have gone to Jasmine Thai for both lunch and dinner, After a few visits we felt like it was time to properly review our combined experiences. The service is always friendly, a bit slow; but we don't like to be rushed through dinner. Their food is great and really inexensive. The atmosphere is intimate, and pretty comfortable. A great place for a first date date. We suggest doing lunch outside when the weather is nice. :)

Stand Up and Take a Bow!. Encore, ENCORE!! is all I have to say to this AMAZING Thai restaurant. The food is outstanding in its own right. Fresh, Vibrant and Authentic ingrediants were used in this food. Anybody who is asian will recognize that fact immediately. Wonderful presentation. The romantic ambience is just a wonderful extra to enhance the food. I don't need to dine there to bet this is a wonderful dinner experience. I used to work around the corner and only made it to Jasmine Thai to pick up my carryout lunch orders...Always quick courteous service to greet me when I arrived. They would even open up the kitchen early for me if I arrived 20 minutes earlier than their official opening. By the way, their second outpost in Brandon is a pale, pale comparison to the original. None of the gracious service, beautiful decor, or the same food.
