kids had a blast! how ever I was very frustrated! 5% of the machines where broken and it took 10min to get someone to help you. not a problem if it happens once but 3 or 4 time i'm spending 30 to 40min waiting for help with broken machines. one of the employees cuts me off to the soda machine then turns around and starts telling me how she's trying to spend time with her kid and work at the same time like that made it ok. also the other girl there had her kid with her too. She did not tell me this put started yelling at her kid while she was waiting on me with out so much as a excuse me. This same lady told me she needed to see my receipt for me to get another salad plate for the salad bar (no problem) I walk over to my wife to get the receipt go back to the front counter and the girl at the front is gone great another 5min waiting for her to come back. the staged act's sound was so low you couldn't hear it & half the lights were out. and they looked dirty and busted. instead of entertaining the kids it just scared them. and the bathroom was nasty! So long story short the bad customer service is what made me mad and I won't come back to this location and if the next one I visit is like this one then then we will just have to find somewhere else to take my family.

For a Kidâ??s Place, Theyâ??re Rude. The kids were getting restless on vacation so I thought we’d find a good Chuck E. Cheese for awhile, let them run around and get tired out. We found this one on Dale Mabry, which is in a not so good area of Tampa compared to where we had been staying. We got the fluorescent stamp at the door after waiting and waiting for someone to come and let us in – she wanted to finish her conversation with her friend running the pizza station first. The people at the counter were rude, the pizza took forever and several games were out of order. The kids got to run around and have fun, but an adult’s standpoint – not good.

Noisey, crowded, ok pizza and salad bar.. I guess that is what you can expect from a restaurant that caters to kids. Was there for an impromptu birthday party. The pizza really was not as good as other pizza places in the same neighborhood. The service was adequate. The salad bar (for those of us on a diet, not wanting to fill up on pizza) was small and very limited in it's selection.

Avoid unless you have a couple kids in tow. WIth kids, it will be a bit expensive for what you get, but you may actually have time to sit and talk while the kids are off playing.

You can't go wrong with the big cheese. Welcome to kid utopia.. The Scene
It doesn't get much better than this. Pizza and strawberry soda, Chuck E. and his mates performing a no-holds-barred musical show. Then shoes off, running wild, just being kids. Which means laughing and screaming, climbing in the tunnels, jumping in the ball pit. Just like paradise. Steady yourself. Ferocious decibel level, Gatorade color palette and lots of felt-clad, life-sized cartoon mice in various stages of hysteria. All things being equal, a surprisingly relaxing evening. The overall feeling that this is a safe place for kids to play. And enough free activities to stretch the tokens a bit further.



The Food
Food everyone can agree on, plus the thoughtful inclusion of adult beverages (available in "reg" and "lrg"). Pizza, pizza and more pizza. Certainly not the best slice in town, this is mass-produced food for swarms of munchkins, but it fills 'em up just fine.
