Outstanding service!. Outstanding service! Visited 5/16 for a celebration and the waiter and manager went above and beyond expectations. Highly recommend this spot for great food and outstanding service.

Hairball in my Penne Rustica. Midway into my baked Penne Rustica, I found a hairball in my dish. Not a single hair, but a clump of hair with trash mixed in...kind of like what you find in the bottom of a mop after cleaning a dirty bathroom floor. Mistakes happen...true...what irritated me was that the Manager came over and comped my meal, but he still charged for my supervisor's meal who was visiting from out of town. He said he was going to have a serious talk with the prep cook. Did he think that anyone at the table would have felt comfortable finishing a meal there? All of the food at the table could have been tainted. Thanks for the coupons, but no thanks. No mas...

Heaven Im in Heaven. Great food, great service, clean, fast friendly service, we had a large group and they were there every time we turned around keeping glasses filled and the food all arrived at the same time. Food was excellent. I loved this place and now use it when I have out of town guest come in.

best waitress!. i went to macaroni grill a couple of weeks ago and had the best service ive had in a long time. my waitress' name was kristy and she was great, ask for her!!!

An Easy Preference Over Carrabbas. This restaurant has tasty food and provides ample portions. It's menu is much more varied than Carrabbas and I believe the serivce is better as well. It's open for lunch with lower prices, but the meal is still filling. And the bread, freshly warmed for your order, is the best I've had in an Italian restaurant and is a welcome enhancement to your meal.
